Sorry, all orders are absolutely not refundable. If you are not sure which item is correct for your application, please contact us and we will be happy to help you make a confident selection.

If an item is defective, we will instruct you to return it to us. We will repair or replace it and return it back to you at our expense. Naturally, this does not cover items damaged by abuse or shipping.

Within 30 days of purchase:
Buy with confidence! Ecologa Japan Inc. warranties all items to be free of manufacturing defects for 30 days after purchase. Please contact us first as soon as possible (make sure to contact us within 30 days of purchase) so we can assist you most efficiently. If an item is defective, we will instruct you to return it to us. We will repair or replace it and return it back to you at our expense. Naturally, this does not cover items damaged by abuse or shipping.
